Qualifications
- Senior experience in operating productive SaaS or platform services
- Understanding of relational and/or analytical database systems
- Experience with scaling in real production environments
- Practical DevOps/SRE experience in production environments
- Hands-on approach to structuring operational problems
- Willingness to work hybrid with regular on-site presence
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational responsibility for SaaS service maturity
- Develop and maintain central database systems
- Proactively address scaling issues
- Ensure operational capability as a product feature
- Embed operational knowledge within the team
