Senior Software Engineer - Backend, DevOps & IoT Operations

Job summary

You will serve as the critical bridge between edge devices and the cloud, focusing on operational excellence and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in Industrial IoT and LoRaWAN.
• Expertise in Linux (Ubuntu), Bash, and terminal administration.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver zero-touch onboarding for device onboarding across integrations.
• Execute fleet operations including configuration push and OTA updates.
• Manage migration of legacy fleets followed by self-service expansion.
• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs for device management.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate operational processes.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver reliable IoT solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
