Job summary

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer for CI/CD and Embedded Software Development Tools to design, build, and operate cloud-based CI/CD platforms and pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in software tools, platform, or infrastructure development.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and containerization tools.
  • Proficiency in Python, Bash, and at least one of C, C++, or Java.
  • Understanding of embedded software development tools and workflows.
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks for software validation.
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipeline solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded software production.
  • Architect, implement, and operate cloud-based platforms for CI/CD.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for automation.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
  • Integrate CI/CD pipelines with test environments for automated test execution.
  • Develop methods to automate provisioning and maintenance of cloud services.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify improvements.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to builds, pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for cloud infrastructure and CI/CD.
  • Partner with IT operations and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare updates and demonstrations of platform capabilities.
  • Stay current with trends in DevOps and cloud-native technologies.
