Job summary
Seeking a Senior Software Engineer for CI/CD and Embedded Software Development Tools to design, build, and operate cloud-based CI/CD platforms and pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in software tools, platform, or infrastructure development.
- Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and containerization tools.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, and at least one of C, C++, or Java.
- Understanding of embedded software development tools and workflows.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks for software validation.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipeline solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded software production.
- Architect, implement, and operate cloud-based platforms for CI/CD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for automation.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with test environments for automated test execution.
- Develop methods to automate provisioning and maintenance of cloud services.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify improvements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to builds, pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Act as a subject matter expert for cloud infrastructure and CI/CD.
- Partner with IT operations and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance.
- Prepare updates and demonstrations of platform capabilities.
- Stay current with trends in DevOps and cloud-native technologies.
