Job summary
As a Senior Software Engineer at lululemon, you will leverage your technical expertise and mentoring skills to lead a team in developing and maintaining production systems within an Agile environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Software Architecture preferred
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD and automation tools
- Understanding of Kubernetes and containerization
- Experience with Kafka for data processing
- Knowledge of security best practices
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Certifications in Kubernetes, AWS, or security fields
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk or ELK stack
- Experience in retail or e-commerce
- Experience with cloud cost optimization
- Willingness to be in on-call rotation
- Experience with ArgoCD and operations as code is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide technical knowledge and mentoring
- Contribute to development and operations
- Collaborate with Technology Manager
- Guide Engineers in daily processes
- Serve as escalation point for production issues
- Participate in Agile production releases
- Perform on-call support as needed
- Understand product functionality deeply
