Job summary
Nex*** is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of their observability platform, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual effort.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in SaaS projects
- Experience with observability systems and concepts
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps
- Experience with IaC tools for managing cloud and/or observability resources
- Experience with Kubernetes and AWS fundamentals
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and own an advanced observability platform, integrating systems through APIs
- Leverage AI and LLM capabilities to automate root-cause analysis and surface improvement opportunities
- Own the administration and optimization of the observability platform for performance, reliability, cost, and governance
- Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and iterate on implemented solutions to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and production-level reliability
