Job summary
The Senior Specialist Test Engineer strengthens quality engineering for a Customer Engagement Platform spanning web, mobile, and application programming interface products. The role leads system, integration, functional, regression, and acceptance testing; develops scalable JavaScript and TypeScript automation with Playwright; and collaborates with global Agile product squads to improve testing standards and embed quality throughout delivery.

Qualifications
- At least 6 years of software testing or quality engineering experience, including at least 5 years in Agile delivery environments.
- At least 2 years designing and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts using JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Strong JavaScript or TypeScript programming skills and hands-on Playwright test automation experience.
- Experience testing APIs and delivering end-to-end automation across web, mobile, or integrated platforms.
- Experience applying artificial intelligence to testing, quality, or automation.
- Proficiency with modern test and project management tools.
- Strong English communication skills and spoken Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Lead system, integration, functional, regression, and acceptance testing for assigned Customer Engagement Platform products.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and scripts using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Execute end-to-end automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms.
- Strengthen testing strategies, governance, standards, and quality practices across product squads.
- Contribute testing assessments, estimates, quality deliverables, and execution updates in Agile ceremonies.
- Manage test environments, data, and tools in line with platform standards.
- Collaborate globally to improve testing practices, frameworks, processes, and quality.
