Qualifications
- You've owned latency-sensitive services in production
- Solid Kubernetes and cloud fundamentals
- Observability experience
- Infrastructure as code, CI/CD
- You're comfortable owning systems you didn't design
Responsibilities
- Own reliability across the production stack
- Define the SLOs
- Build the observability to see them
- Shape how we run on-call
- Bring p99 down on the serving path
- Run the bidding engine on fewer replicas
- Work on the data layer under real-time serving
- Build a way to stress-test the platform end to end
- Handle capacity planning and infrastructure cost
- Run incident response
- Collaborate with other engineering teams
