Job summary
The Senior Staff Software Engineer will lead the design and delivery of shared platform services, including managed Postgres, queueing/streaming, and key-value/cache systems on Kubernetes. Key responsibilities include defining high availability and disaster recovery architectures, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of stateful systems while collaborating with product teams on service contracts and SLOs.

Qualifications
- experience integrating AI into engineering and platform work
- 8+ years building production software
- track record of leading design and delivery of shared, multi-tenant infrastructure service
- deep understanding of high availability and failure handling
- strong system design skills
- hands-on experience with major hyperscaler
- strong knowledge of containers and Kubernetes
- strong programming skills in Go
Responsibilities
