Senior System Administrator

Job summary

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Senior System Administrator with expertise in Microsoft infrastructure and VDI/RDS access platforms. The role involves day-to-day administration of corporate systems, supporting infrastructure projects, and collaborating with various teams to ensure system availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years administering Microsoft and VDI infrastructure
• Experience in Active Directory domain or forest migration
• Experience with VDI or terminal access platforms
• Knowledge of multi-domain AD DS
• Experience with DNS management
• Familiarity with PKI and AD CS
• Experience with VDI solutions like Citrix
• Knowledge of Windows RDS operations
• Experience with Windows Server upgrades
• Familiarity with Linux systems
• Knowledge of load balancing technologies
• Experience with virtualization platforms
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and GCP
• Automation skills with PowerShell
• Fluent in Russian and English at B1 level or above

Responsibilities

• Administer corporate Microsoft infrastructure
• Manage access platforms and services
• Support VDI and terminal server farms
• Resolve incidents and service requests
• Participate in infrastructure projects
• Prepare implementation steps and test environments
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and inventory
• Participate in on-call rotation
