Job summary

Build, operate, and improve a highly available OpenStack cloud infrastructure, automating infrastructure, configuration, and deployment processes with Ansible, Git, and CI/CD. The role includes administering and patching Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone, and Glance; maintaining storage and monitoring solutions; resolving complex second- and third-level incidents; and contributing to the cloud roadmap and evaluation of open-source technologies.

• Completed IT vocational training or a degree in computer science
• Several years of experience in cloud or Linux engineering
• Strong command-line administration skills with Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, Debian, or RHEL
• Practical experience with Ansible, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and complex automation
• OpenStack experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switching
• Fluent German
• Independent and structured working style
