Job summary
Senior Technical Specialist - DevOps responsible for technical leadership, reporting, and automation support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain reporting and dashboards for time entry and resource allocation
- Provide technical leadership for new technologies and processes
- Communicate ongoing issues and potential risks to peers
- Develop, test, and support automation framework scripts
- Implement Continuous Integration and Delivery strategies for applications
- Collaborate with global teams for onboarding onto automation platform
- Assist in writing and enhancing build scripts
- Provide Level 2 support and user training
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks outside normal business hours
- Learn new technologies and conduct proof of concepts
