Job summary
Certara is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead the automation strategy for web products in a greenfield software project aimed at enhancing drug development processes.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on test automation skills
- Strong web UI automation with Playwright
- Strong API test automation (REST)
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools
- An appetite for raising standards and influencing others
- Experience improving CI execution and test reliability
Responsibilities
- Own the automation architecture for web UI, API and cloud-service testing
- Lead the use of AI in test automation
- Drive best practice across the team
- Design and maintain robust automated suites
- Improve CI execution, reporting and diagnostics
- Integrate testing into CI/CD with quality gates
- Work with engineers and stakeholders to reproduce issues
- Contribute to the Testing Chapter
