Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant experience.
• Experience in senior testing or quality engineering roles.
• Experience in technology delivery and validation in healthcare.
• Hands-on experience in complex systems delivery.
• Experience in automated regression testing and release assurance.
• Experience in regulated environments and Computer Systems Validation.
• Proficient in test management tools like Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Experience testing SaaS, COTS, and integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute reusable automated regression test packs.
• Establish structured test approaches for various testing types.
• Produce controlled and traceable test plans and documentation.
• Collaborate with process owners for effective test management.
• Promote effective use of test management tools.
• Coordinate and support UAT with structured scripts and templates.
• Embed automated testing into CI/CD workflows.
• Design tests for APIs and integrations across platforms.
• Coordinate performance and security testing practices.
• Support legacy system modernization with regression packs.
• Identify defects and risks early in the testing process.
• Prepare and present test strategies and status to stakeholders.
