Job summary

Provide technology leadership for developing, integrating, and supporting Technology Voice Services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Trader Voice systems
• Deep SIP protocol and VoIP Telephony expertise
• Experience in VDI environment
• Experience with VMs on ESXi and KVM
• Experience with database technologies
• Understanding of CISCO telephony, MS Teams, Skype for Business
• Understanding of Private wires and Hoot Networks
• Understanding of Voice Recording systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver Trading Voice services
• Manage and monitor Trading Voice infrastructure
• Perform ready for business checks
• L3 Engineering and troubleshoot Trading Voice issues
• Certify new software releases and assess features
• Adhere to internal controls and procedures
• Ensure deadlines and SLAs are met
• Participate in change processes and review Vendor SoWs
• Liaise with external partners and vendors
• Escalate issues to management
