Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and system performance.

• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Analyze production logs and create actionable dashboards.
• Coordinate with teams for issue resolution.
• Support application deployments and change requests.
• Maintain incident and change records in service management tools.
• Drive continuous service improvement through automation.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident management.
• Prepare operational reports and stakeholder communications.
• Write and analyze SQL queries for troubleshooting.
• Use Unix/Linux commands for application support.
