Responsibilities

• support, monitor, manage, document and maintain server, cloud and infrastructure platforms
• provide third-line technical support for incidents and service requests
• assist in the design and implementation of infrastructure and cloud-based solutions
• maintain and support Microsoft Azure and Windows Server technologies
• support identity and access management services
• contribute to patching, vulnerability remediation, and business continuity activities
• monitor platform health and performance
• create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• support the transition of projects into business-as-usual operation
• collaborate with Service Desk and Cyber Security teams
• work with Managed Service Providers
• participate in service improvement activities
