Job summary

The Azure / Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, administering, and securing the bank's Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructure. Key responsibilities include managing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises Active Directory, as well as supporting cloud migration initiatives and automating tasks with PowerShell scripts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Cloud Engineer role.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and ADFS.
• Microsoft 365 Global Administrator experience.
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and configure Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
• Design and maintain Azure and hybrid infrastructure for virtual machines and networking.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation of tasks.
• Provide Tier II/Tier III support and troubleshoot incidents.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Document processes and collaborate with teams for continuous improvement.
