Job summary
Operates and improves a specialized laboratory that tests server hardware performance and efficiency for Private Telco Cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include expanding and maintaining lab infrastructure, running standardized benchmarks, validating new hardware, and analyzing results to inform architecture and procurement decisions. The work uses x86 server platforms, Linux, automation scripting, benchmarking suites, and hardware management interfaces.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of x86 server architectures and datacenter hardware
- Experience with benchmarking methods and performance analysis
- Linux operating experience with RHEL, Ubuntu, or SLES
- Basic scripting and automation experience with Bash or Ansible
- Ability to interpret technical results and produce concise reports
- Experience with enterprise server platforms such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, or Supermicro
- Experience with SPEC, Phoronix, or Stress-NG benchmarking suites
- Experience with IPMI or Redfish management interfaces
- Experience with power and efficiency measurement tools
- Experience with OpenStack or Kubernetes
- Experience with GitLab, CI/CD, or Jira is desirable
