Job summary
The role owns Azure DevOps and other business applications, ensuring their operation, governance, and ongoing development. Responsibilities include coordinating requirements, changes, and incidents; managing users, roles, permissions, and licenses; and advising business teams on applications, processes, and best practices. The role also creates documentation and training materials and supports knowledge transfer to users.

Qualifications
- Several years of experience administering enterprise applications, ideally Azure DevOps.
- Experience as a service owner, application manager, or in IT service management.
- Knowledge of permissions, licensing, user management, IT security, and data protection.
- Understanding of business processes and their technical support.
- Analytical, service-oriented, and independent working style.
- Strong communication and consulting skills, including the ability to explain technical topics clearly to different audiences.
