Job summary
The Service Reliability Engineer (SRE) will join a cross-functional team responsible for the reliability and operational excellence of critical production platforms.
Responsibilities
- enhance service availability, resilience, performance, and security
- improve operability and reduce operational risks
- support teams in anticipating change impacts
- manage and prevent incidents
- implement best production practices
- manage service levels (SLO)
- establish monitoring, alerting, and dashboards
- analyze metrics to identify risks and improvement areas
- contribute to production activity automation
- manage obsolescence and IT/Cybersecurity risks
- participate in post-incident analyses and RETEX
- disseminate best practices within the Production/SRE community
