Job summary
The ServiceNow Platform Engineer provides technical and consultative support for complex technical matters, analyzes and develops systems based on user specifications, and maintains knowledge of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in application development, ITSM, and ServiceNow
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve issues against ServiceNow applications
- Advise on process and technology inefficiencies
- Perform routine maintenance including performance monitoring
- Maintain and improve platform stability and best practices
- Manage Instance Security, User/Group access, and ACLs
- Provide training across the platform
- Develop reporting strategy and maintenance plan
