Site Reliability Engineer - 9 Month FTC

Job summary

Evelyn Partners is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer for a 9-month fixed-term contract in Liverpool. The role involves overseeing daily health checks, coordinating issue resolutions, and managing test environments while supporting UAT connections and file transfer investigations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL), ideally within Change, Release, or Transition
• Understanding of ITIL practices and service lifecycle governance
• Ability to assess risk and support governance decisions
• Experience in multi-system, multi-vendor environments
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision making
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• ITIL Foundation v4 certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily health check reporting and coordinate issue resolutions
• Support file transfer investigations
• Coordinate quarterly test environment switches and handle UAT account setup requests
• Manage test account passwords and update monthly
• Raise and coordinate environment refresh requests
• Support UAT API connection issues and access requests
