Site Reliability Engineer - 9 Month FTC

Job summary

Evelyn Partners is seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer for a 9-month fixed-term contract to join their Service Protection team in Bracknell. This role offers exposure to environment management, release support, and cross-team coordination within a hybrid working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily health checks, supporting file transfer investigations, and managing test environment configurations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily health check reporting from the test team
• Coordinate resolution of issues such as batch failures, trading platform issues, and CORD outputs
• Perform CORD releases in UAT and Production environments
• Support file transfer investigations using VLTrader and GoAnywhere
• Coordinate quarterly SEI test environment switches and credential updates
• Handle UAT SEI account setup requests
• Manage Avaloq test account passwords
• Update passwords monthly for the spreadsheet listing Avaloq Oracle user accounts
• Raise and coordinate environment refresh requests for DWH and StatPro
• Support UAT API connection issues between Iress and Voyant
• Support UAT access requests for Voyant
• Support UAT API connection issues between Iress and PlannerPal
• Support UAT access requests for PlannerPal
