Responsibilities

• Support daily activities and ensure system design, build, testing, validation, maintenance, monitoring, and support of network infrastructure
• Lead technical efforts on network incidents and platform issues
• Propose and implement innovations for network reliability and operational efficiency
• Execute complex network and infrastructure changes following best practices
• Provide 24/7 operational support for network faults and platform issues
• Manage stakeholder expectations through cross-area engagement
• Develop technical capability through continued learning
• Build effective working relationships to deliver business outcomes
• Deliver change execution, network operations support, and assurance of Fixed Network platforms
