Qualifications

• Possess a strong Reliability-First mindset and understand the balance between speed and stability.
• Have substantial experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and knowledge of SLOs, Error Budgets, and Toil Management.
• Proficient in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and deriving measures for error prevention.
• Good knowledge in developing automation scripts or internal tools (e.g., Python, Go).
• Enjoy collaboration with various stakeholders in a decentralized European organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a mentor to instill a Reliability-First mentality in development teams.
• Manage incident response and conduct root cause analysis for continuous system improvement.
• Standardize operations processes and establish a Reliability Score.
