• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms like New Relic or Grafana.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure, automation, and tooling for system reliability.
• Partner with engineering teams to embed reliability and performance best practices.
• Monitor production systems, identifying and resolving issues to minimize customer impact.
• Develop observability capabilities, including metrics, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Participate in incident response and on-call support for critical systems.
• Conduct root cause analyses and drive corrective actions for platform reliability.
• Define and improve Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and operational performance metrics.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
• Promote proactive monitoring and operational excellence practices.
• Collaborate with partners to improve service performance and customer experience.
