Job summary

As a Site Reliability Engineer at MI5, you will design, build, deploy, and maintain critical infrastructure to ensure the reliability and security of systems.

Qualifications

• strong background in building, deploying and maintaining software or infrastructure in production environments
• hands-on experience managing systems through their full lifecycle
• practical experience using Kubernetes
• working knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python
• comfortable working in Linux-based environments

Responsibilities

• design, build, deploy and maintain the infrastructure
• ensure the systems are secure, reliable and fit for purpose
• develop and manage production environments
• oversee deployments end to end
• track system health and performance using logs and metrics
• investigate root causes and contribute to improvements
