Site Reliability Engineer

Job summary

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Cracker Barrel, you will design, implement, and maintain reliability practices to enhance the performance and availability of digital platforms. You will also provide production support, lead incident response efforts, and collaborate with various teams to ensure system compliance and operational support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
• 3–5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or related role
• Experience supporting high-availability web and cloud-hosted applications
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and incident management
• Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reliability practices
• Monitor production systems using observability tools
• Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 production support
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis
• Develop automation and operational tools
• Partner with development teams to improve CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams
• Define and track service health indicators
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Comply with company privacy and security standards
