Job summary
The Site Reliability Engineer builds, operates, and improves public and edge ingress platforms that connect customer-facing applications to external services, supporting the security, resilience, and performance of business-critical digital services. The role spans AWS, Azure, and GCP; Terraform infrastructure as code and CI/CD automation; and edge services such as CDN, WAF, API gateways, DNS, TLS, and DDoS protection. It also includes troubleshooting, incident response, and continuous platform improvement.

Qualifications
- Experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering supporting business-critical ingress platforms, preferably in high-traffic or high-transaction environments.
- Hybrid-cloud experience and practical knowledge of ingress technologies, including CDN, WAF, load balancers, DNS, API gateways, Bot Protection, and DDoS protection.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, infrastructure as code, automation, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Bamboo, or equivalent.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms such as New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, Sentinel, or equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to support incidents across ingress, networking, edge security, and cloud platforms.
- Python or Node.js scripting skills; cloud certifications and a relevant IT or software engineering degree are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Engineer, operate, and improve public and edge ingress platforms across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform and automate delivery through CI/CD.
- Manage ingress and edge security services, including CDN, WAF, Bot Protection, DDoS protection, API gateways, DNS, TLS certificates, and traffic management.
- Partner with Security, Architecture, and Delivery teams to implement security controls, platform guardrails, and edge protection strategies.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and contribute to incident response, problem management, and continuous service improvement.
