Job summary
The Site Reliability Engineer develops and scales monitoring and observability for business-critical banking applications, helping maintain their stability, performance, and availability. The role includes designing dashboards and metrics, automating monitoring and alerting with Infrastructure as Code, and operating applications in Windows and Linux environments. It also involves scripting with Python or PowerShell and using tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Icinga, or PRTG.

Qualifications
- Completed IT training or equivalent qualifications gained through several years of relevant experience.
- Practical experience supporting, administering, and operating applications in Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Basic practical knowledge of process automation and scripting, preferably with PowerShell or Python.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Icinga, or PRTG.
- Strong analytical skills and a high sense of quality and responsibility.
- Initiative and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Fluent German, spoken and written.
Responsibilities
