Job summary
Own high-priority production incident response during the Australian business day for a cloud-based platform that accelerates software builds and tests through remote execution and caching. Partner with the product team to turn recurring support issues into fixes and feature enhancements, coordinate daily handovers with EMEA and US teams, and contribute to a global engineering team using AWS or GCP, Bazel, gRPC, and Java, Go, or Python.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or high-level product support
- Proficiency with AWS or GCP, Bazel, gRPC, and Java, Go, or Python
- Ability to document complex issues for a global, asynchronous audience
- Collaborative, team-first approach
Responsibilities
- Respond to high-priority production incidents during the Australian business day
