Job summary
Key member of the digital delivery team responsible for design, implementation, and support of cloud services and systems.
Qualifications
- Experience with IT infrastructure technologies
- Hands-on experience with AWS services
- Infrastructure configuration using Ansible
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as code principles
- Experience with VMware
- Coding experience with C#/Python/Perl/PowerShell
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
- Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms
- Proficient with Active Directory and FreeIPA
- Ability to document and communicate complex systems
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with development team
- Manage and maintain Linux and Windows Server environments
- Oversee network infrastructure and implement security patches
- Reduce manual overhead with automation scripts
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network anomalies
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
- Conduct systems tests for security and performance
- Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation
- Translate functional needs into technical solutions
