Key member of the digital delivery team responsible for design, implementation, and support of cloud services and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT infrastructure technologies
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Experience of infrastructure configuration using Ansible
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as code principles
• Experience of virtual infrastructure
• Experience of coding with C#/Python/Perl/PowerShell
• Strong understanding of networking concepts
• Experience with containerization applications
• Proficient with Active Directory and FreeIPA authentication
• Ability to document and communicate systems to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team
• Manage, monitor, and maintain Linux and Windows Server environments
• Oversee network infrastructure and implement security patches
• Reduce manual overhead by writing and maintaining automation scripts
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network anomalies
• Maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures
• Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability
• Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation
• Translate functional needs into technical solutions
