Responsibilities
- Responsible for operations within the community
- Develop deployment plans for Perf4Ops skills and practices
- Support operational resources in implementing processes and best practices for operations and performance tracking
- Enable community members to use tools (ITSM, Monitoring, reporting, logs)
- Assist Product Owners in establishing SLAs and KPIs and enable them to manage daily operations
- Evaluate community maturity on operations and adapt improvement plans
- Feed the Perf4Ops product backlog with user needs
