Job summary
The Site Reliability Engineer role focuses on maintaining the reliability, scalability, and resilience of a global cloud platform. Key responsibilities include improving Azure platform performance, automating operational tasks, and utilizing technologies such as Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Terraform to enhance system observability and efficiency.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with observability tools like Grafana and OpenTelemetry
- Experience supporting distributed cloud platforms in production
- Familiarity with GitOps principles and modern deployment practices
- Experience with SnapLogic or similar integration platforms is a plus
Responsibilities
- Improve reliability, availability, and performance of Azure platform
- Build and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Automate operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code
- Design self-healing capabilities and automated remediation
- Investigate production incidents and implement improvements
- Define, measure, and improve Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Objectives (SLOs)
- Optimize platform performance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Cloud Engineers on platform architecture
- Support Data and AI teams with Azure Databricks reliability
- Drive best practices in observability and automation
- Reduce operational complexity and improve developer productivity
