Mic*** is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to join their Azure Data engineering team, focusing on building and optimizing solutions for service reliability.
Qualifications
- 4+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ year technical experience.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Ability to meet Mic*** and customer security screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance tooling and automation solutions.
- Work with customers to understand pain points and formulate sustainable strategies.
- Serve as the point of contact for enterprise customers on service escalations.
- Design and implement changes to service telemetry for automation.
- Enhance customer experience through proactive alerting.
- Analyze data to provide operational insights for design and product teams.
