Job summary

The Site Reliability Engineer for the Kubernetes Platform focuses on designing scalable systems to manage increasing data products. Responsibilities include developing automation for compute resource management, maintaining on-premises hardware for GPU-accelerated workloads, and collaborating with software engineers to enhance product scalability and reliability. The role requires expertise in Kubernetes, Linux, and scripting languages like Bash and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering; OR 2+ years of relevant experience
• 1+ year of experience with Kubernetes
• 1+ year of experience with Linux operating systems
• Experience in Bash, Python, or other scripting languages
• Experience in building and maintaining on-premises and/or cloud systems

Responsibilities

• Develop automation to deploy and manage compute resources both on-premises and in the cloud
• Build, maintain, and scale on-premises hardware systems for GPU-accelerated workloads
• Deploy and manage core infrastructure such as databases, monitoring, and storage
• Collaborate with software engineers to create scalable and maintainable products
• Engage in the entire lifecycle of services from design to operation and refinement
