Site Reliability Engineer Lead

Job summary

The Site Reliability Engineer Lead is responsible for leading the delivery, operation, modernization, and lifecycle management of cloud, database, analytics, and infrastructure platforms that support Quantitative Risk Management. Key responsibilities include driving platform modernization, establishing engineering practices, and guiding architecture while leading a multidisciplinary engineering team in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, database, platform engineering, or related technical disciplines
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or large technology programs
• Experience managing enterprise-scale platforms supporting mission-critical applications
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, database platforms, DevOps, automation, and platform operations
• Proven experience delivering large-scale platform transformations and modernization programs
• Experience working within regulated enterprise environments
