Job summary

The Site Reliability Engineer III role focuses on developing software and fixes to integrate internal systems while ensuring code quality and server stability. Key responsibilities include employing troubleshooting skills to enhance service availability, coding and automating applications on cloud platforms, and mentoring junior engineers, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes, AWS, and infrastructure as code.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of infrastructure as code and DevOps tooling
• Strong experience with Kubernetes
• Background in observability
• Experience with AWS and Azure Cloud
• Familiarity with Ansible and Terraform
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience with SaaS implementations and infrastructure as code
• Strong project management skills
• Proven ability to create and maintain tools
• Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills
• Strong scripting skills; OOP knowledge is a plus
• Experience working with offshore teams

Responsibilities

• Meet and beat Key Performance Indicators and SLAs
• Identify and execute preventative measures to enhance customer experience
• Employ troubleshooting skills to improve service availability and performance
• Ensure services are designed for 24/7 availability
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to build shared services
• Develop narratives and manage sprint planning processes
• Maintain high reliability of the platform
• Define non-functional requirements for scalable systems
• Resolve complex issues across DevOps, Databases, and Infrastructure
• Align operational priorities with product and engineering roadmap
• Prepare engineering documents for stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices
• Assist with testing and deployment activities
