Site Reliability Engineer (m/f/d)

Job summary

Design and build OpenStack-based on-prem infrastructure, develop Infrastructure as Code, and drive the ongoing development of Kubernetes and GitOps workflows in a senior team focused on automation and AI-assisted engineering.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience in production infrastructure (SRE, Platform, or DevOps)
• Solid OpenStack experience
• End-to-end compute infrastructure management
• Strong in Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform) and GitOps (FluxCD, ArgoCD)
• Active practice of AI-assisted engineering
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Design and build OpenStack-based on-prem infrastructure that deploys itself autonomously
• Develop Infrastructure as Code with Ansible and Terraform
• Drive the ongoing development of Kubernetes stack and GitOps workflows
• Own the full lifecycle of compute infrastructure
• Build and extend AI substrate for output enhancement
• Contribute to self-healing direction
• Design and implement test suites aligned with specifications
• Document and package solutions for user deployment
• Act as a technical reference and mentor in automation and AI-tooling
