Ensure availability, scalability, and performance of business-critical Cloud services as part of a Site Reliability Engineering team, collaborating with international experts. Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Operations, or infrastructure operations
• Experience in automating operational and infrastructure processes
• Knowledge of operating critical systems with high availability requirements
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., banking, insurance, healthcare, public sector)
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of Cloud services based on defined SLI/SLOs
• Analyze, process, and sustainably resolve incidents in productive Cloud environments
• Participate in an international on-call model to ensure 24/7 operations
• Collaborate with international Cloud and platform experts for error analysis and problem solving
• Automate operational processes and continuously optimize operational workflows
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational playbooks
• Conduct post-mortem analyses and derive improvement measures
• Support the operation of highly available infrastructure and platform services with availability requirements of up to 99.99% and higher
