The Site Reliability Engineer supports reliable, scalable, and performant banking services running on GCP. The role combines coding and automation with Linux/Unix systems administration, networking, and Docker and Kubernetes workload management, including monitoring service health and leading incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Qualifications
- Strong coding skills
- Cloud computing experience, ideally with GCP
- Strong Linux/Unix systems knowledge
- Understanding of networking protocols
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Responsibilities
- Maintain the availability, reliability, and performance of GCP services.
- Write code and tooling to automate operational tasks and reduce manual effort.
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Linux/Unix systems.
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Diagnose and resolve networking and connectivity issues.
- Participate in incident response, investigations, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor system health and performance and improve service resilience.
- Work with engineering teams to build reliability into services.
