Job summary
NFU Mutual is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance technology services through observability, focusing on improving reliability, performance, and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, PagerDuty and ThousandEyes
- Experience working with Windows Server operating systems
- Awareness of agile development methodologies
- Experience using scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
- Experience with Dynatrace DQL or JavaScript
Responsibilities
- Deliver continuous improvement as part of a supportive team
- Drive the evolution of observability across the business
- Lead the deployment and evolution of observability tooling
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers
- Provide best-practice guidance to IT and business teams
