Job summary
NFU Mutual is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance technology services through observability. The role involves leading the deployment of observability tooling and collaborating with teams to ensure applications and infrastructure are reliable and performing as expected.
Qualifications
- Experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, PagerDuty and ThousandEyes
- Experience working with Windows Server operating systems
- Awareness of agile development methodologies
- Experience using scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
- Experience with Dynatrace DQL or JavaScript
Responsibilities
- Deliver continuous improvement as part of a supportive team
- Drive the evolution of observability across the business
- Lead the deployment and evolution of observability tooling
- Develop a deep understanding of key business processes
- Provide best-practice guidance to IT and business teams
