Job summary

The Production Support Engineer role focuses on ensuring system reliability and availability within the Commercial Line of Business. Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of OCP with command line.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace).
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Scripting skills in Shell Scripting, Python, and Power Shell.
• Experience with SQL database management and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of container services (Kubernetes).
• Experience in disaster recovery planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain monitoring systems to proactively identify potential issues.
• Respond to incidents and outages, diagnose problems, and implement solutions.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage and maintain the underlying infrastructure, including servers and networks.
• Plan for future capacity needs to ensure systems can handle anticipated workloads.
• Develop and maintain processes for deploying software updates.
• Collaborate with developers and operations teams to ensure system reliability.
• Maintain clear documentation of systems and processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
