Job summary
Monitors and supports mission-critical production infrastructure for distributed-ledger and programmable payment systems, providing first-line incident response during rotating shifts. The role covers OP-stack services, a private Hyperledger Besu L1, Paladin nodes, the Overledger Gateway, Audit Store, Settlement Bridge, and observability systems, while improving operational automation and maintaining incident documentation.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and observability tooling.
- Exposure to blockchain or node operations is an advantage.
- Comfort responding to incidents under time pressure.
- Willingness to work a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production platform health, alerts, and dashboards; acknowledge alerts within service-level agreements.
- Respond to and help resolve production incidents during assigned shifts.
- Contribute automation to reduce repetitive operational work.
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident documentation.
- Escalate incidents to the Senior SRE with complete diagnostic context.
