Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Production Application Support and ITIL Practices
- Deep understanding of application support and complex IT infrastructure
- Experience with monitoring tools like Geneos, Splunk, Grafana, and New Relic
- Good understanding of cloud technologies and programming languages
- Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and workflow optimization
