Job summary

Collaborate with the CTO to design and scale infrastructure for enterprise AI, focusing on optimizing databases and improving backend performance.

Responsibilities

• Work with the CTO on architecture and scaling of infrastructure
• Design and operate reliable cloud infrastructure for production AI workloads
• Scale platform globally with multi-region deployments and high-availability architectures
• Optimize databases for agentic AI workloads
• Improve backend performance, latency, throughput, and resource efficiency
• Build observability, SLOs, alerting, and incident response processes
• Automate deployments, infrastructure, and developer workflows
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to build scalable systems
