Qualifications
- Experience supporting production workloads on AWS
- Understanding of enterprise batch scheduling concepts
- Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries
- Experience with Python and automation
Responsibilities
- Monitor AWS environments and batch schedules
- Triage and resolve incidents and job failures
- Coordinate with teams to restore service during incidents
- Support deployment activities and rollback execution
- Create and maintain runbooks and troubleshooting guides
- Ensure batch jobs complete within agreed cutoffs
- Track and improve through rapid diagnosis
- Reduce repeat incidents through RCA and preventive actions
