Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in system development, platform engineering, or related technology disciplines
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale technology initiatives
• Strong background in DevOps and SRE practices
• Experience applying AI and machine learning techniques to SRE workflows
• Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud platforms, containerization, and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and modern deployment pipeline technologies
• Solid understanding of system design, software engineering best practices, and testing methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and strategic technical decision-making capabilities
